The Evans course is based on the quote, What you persist in doing becomes easier not because the nature of the task has changed, but because the ability to perform has increased. Basically, one learns to use the skills of determining different personalities and the best approach of selling each personality. One learns to be able to talk his language! For example, there are many ways to handle the same objection according to what type of personality one encounters. One learns to be able to talk his language. I believe my time was well-spent in the Evans Training and that the more I use the knowledge gained, the more I get out of it.

Meet Our Incredible Chief Executive Officer:

A Passionate and Driven Sales and Management Training Professional

For more than 40 years, Robert Evans has been a management and sales trainer and has trained major businesses around the world in Management, Sales, Customer Service, Personality Profiling, and Time Management.

 

Educated at Brigham Young University, he was subsequently hired at ADP (Automatic Data Processing). Not only was he a “Rookie of the Year,” he was also salesman of the year three years in a row. He was promoted four times in that three-year period and left the company as Regional Manager and National Training Manager.  He authored their sales training manual that was used worldwide.. Robert was responsible for hiring and training over 250 of their salespeople.

 

Recruited by Bausch and Lomb, he headed up its sales training program replacing it with his own program. Sales tripled in one year due to that training. The program was so popular that companies approached B&L to have Robert speak at their conventions and train their people. Due to the popularity of the program, Robert founded and implemented the Evans Sales Program.

 

Evans Sales Program grew to 25 offices around the United States and it was responsible for training over 180 of the Fortune top 250 companies.


Robert developed one of the first CRM programs for the Automobile Industry and it went worldwide! Kalamazoo International brought Robert to England in 2000 and made him CO/CEO. A Dealer Management System was developed that was implemented all over Europe.

 

Since that time, Robert has worked with Automobile groups throughout the United States, Australia, the Philippines, and throughout Europe. He installs CRMs and has trained sales personnel internationally.

 

During these 40 years, Robert has also worked with most Real Estate Chains and has been a licensed Realtor and broker in several states. He has customized a Real Estate Program that really gets results and those results are staggering.
